“Gene is incredibly courteous, hard-working, and savvy. After taking him up on his advice to prepare the home before the sale, the outcome was outstanding with multiple strong offers during the first weekend.”
“Gene was always responsive and timely, answering every question we had, and following up with us frequently to make sure that the process was going smoothly. There was no issue too large or too small, and he truly had our best interests at heart. We are so happy to have had Gene as our Realtor.”

“He got right down to business and gave us many suggestions and a checklist of what we needed to do before our listing went live. He hired a professional photographer to take the listing photos and brought in his colleague who specializes in staging. The photos turned out great and all the advice we received was spot on. The result was a quick sale at our asking price.”
“Gene helped us sell our first home in unincorporated DeKalb County and then buy our dream home in the very competitive City of Decatur area. His knowledge, experience, and access to an extensive network of professionals made the stressful selling/buying process much easier.”
